We’ve watched Megan Salmon-Ferrari experience both tough times and exciting moments in her relationship with Dylan Siggers on Teen Mom UK, with the couple going through engagements, break-ups and much more in-between.

However, in this sneak peek look at the new series, the lovely mum – who will appear in the first episode before taking a break from the show – has revealed that she’s now ended things for good with Dylan after she began worrying about the time he was spending with another girl.

Updating viewers on her relationship with Dylan in this first look at series four, Megan explains: “Me and Dylan broke up two weeks ago. It’s hard because Mckenzie’s not even three, and Dulcie-Mae’s only 10 months and I’m still dealing with depression.”

She adds: “Dylan kept talking to this girl who lives near me. He’s cheated on me before so I ended it before it could happen again.”

Heading to her mum’s house for a heart-to-heart about what’s happened, the mum-of-two reveals that, this time, it’s a “real break up.”

Megan admits: “I don’t want the stress of him anymore. ‘Cause he was like hanging round with my neighbour all the time, you know that already, and going back to his oldways and I can’t be bothered for that anymore.”

Opening up to her mum more about why she’s made the decision to end her relationship, an emotional Megan continues: “I need to focus on getting myself better rather than worrying about what he’s doing with my neighbour.

“I don’t want to sit there and be mugged off again. I didn’t see it coming with the other girl. This time, I see it coming. I’m not gonna sit there and wait for it to happen again, no.”
