Ariana Grande Reveals New Single and Album Title "Thank U, Next"
Ariana Grande is ready to move on.
The pop superstar has had a difficult year - to say the very least -and,understandably, she is closing the door on her past to start a new chapter now.
Days after fans thought she was being shady towards ex-fiancé Pete Davidson, she has confirmed she has no hard feelings to anyone and is starting afresh with nothing but love.
"Got so much love,so much patience,i’ve learnt from the pain...and [turned] out amazing," she tweeted late last night.
"Say i’ve loved and i’ve lost..... but that’s not what i see cause look what i got," she continued. "Look what u taught me [...]and for that i say ....... thank u, next."
Fans immediately speculated that these arelyrics from a new song, given that she has recorded her entire fifth album in the past two months during her break from the limelight.
Now it seems that this is indeed the case, as she has just announced that the album and its lead single are both titled'Thank U, Next'.
Saying that the song is "coming soon", Ariana has also just told fans online that there will be no collaborations on the album, and that it may arrive before the 'Breathin' music video even drops.
While most stars would be concerned that overlapping releases would overshadow things, Ariana is quite content to be releasing music as she makes it.
"I’m gonna jus keep creating and putting stuff out as i please," she tweeted today. "It feels good to my soul and i love keeping the kids fed." Queen!
This album sounds like it's going to be even more therapeutic for Ari than 'No Tears Left to Cry' and'sweetener', and we're ready for it.
