We might have said goodbye to Alexandra Crane and Dr Alex last night but that doesn’t mean the Love Island duo have given up on the idea of finding true love.

Since they clearly weren’t a match made in heaven, Alexandra revealed in a post-exit interview with Caroline Flack that she’s actually got her eye on one of the ditched boys from Casa Amor; everyone's favourite glasses wearer,Alex Miller.

For anyone who missed that fleeting moment Megan Barton-Hanson considered leaving Wes, the model was forced to leave the villa in a brutal mass cull that resulted in the end of his and Meg’s budding romance.

During an interview on Love Island: Aftersun, Alexandra has now selected him as the kind of guy she wouldn’t mind getting to know outside the villa. And we can’t help but think they’d make a pretty good team.

When Caroline questioned whether she was still interested in any of the other lads from the series, she responded: “Before I came in I was looking at Specsavers' Alex... maybe I'm in love with my own name?"

"He's still single, I think?” the host replied, as Alexandra continued: "I don't know, there's some cute guys in there for sure. I'm still yet to meet some of them."
