Like all good mysteries, this entire process played out on social-media -with Chrissy posting a tweet on Thursday to explain that her bathroom was somehow missing its main feature.

“I got home today and ran to go peepee and you know when you’re so close to the bathroom so you kind of release because you know you’re about to pee, well I did that and my toilet was gone,” she announced.

To satisy the people who need evidence before they can fully get behind a conspiracy theory, Chrissy shared an image of the potential crime scene and clarified: “Like there was no toilet.”

Because there's only one other grown adult in the household, John Legend RT’d her message and admitted that he had something to do with the fact the bog had gone MIA.

“I can explain,” he began.

“We’re upgrading our regular toilet to one of those fancy Japanese ones that opens itself and washes your butt. Apparently our contractor decided there should be a toilet-less transition period.”
