Jorja Smith Plays Assassin In The 'Let Me Down' Video With Stormzy
Jorja Smith is a woman undercover in the blockbuster visual for her new single.
'Let Me Down' is the gorgeous collaboration between the BRIT Award winner and Stormzy, and its video brings it to new heights.
The 20-year-old singer plays the role of a femme fatale, disguised in a blonde wig, who is hired to kill a man. Seriously, it's nuts.
The narrative-based video sees Jorja track down a (rather stunning) ballet dancer who she then traps into taking home to do her job.
It's not an easy ride though as she seems to have a soft spot for the hunk - we can't blame her - but money is money at the end of the day.
In a twist,Stormzy makes a surprise appearance at the end of the video, where it's revealed that he is the hitwoman's boss.
The epic video proves that the 'On My Mind' singer is on another level, hence why she has won the 2018 BRIT Award for Critics' Choice.
Jorja got her international breakthrough last year when she appeared on two songs onDrake's record-breaking'More Life'mixtape, including the banger 'Get It Together'.
Just 11 months after its release, she will perform at the 2018 BRIT Awards (!) onWednesday 21st February. We can't wait to hear 'Let Me Down' live.
What are Jorja Smith stans called? Not asking for a friend, I need to join the club.
