Kanye West's album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has been voted the Best Album of the Decade so far.

The record, which was released in 2010, came ahead of Drake's Take Care, Frank Ocean's Channel Orange, as well as Beyoncé's self-titled album which came in on Pitchfork's list at number 14.

Wife Kim Kardashian was clearly thrilled with her hubby's latest accolade, tweeting: “Kanye is #1 album of the decade!!!”

Not only did the 37-year-old take the number 1 spot, he also was the only artist to take a second spot too with his 2013 album Sheezy also making the chart at number 8.

It comes as no surprise that Paul McCartney is rumoured to be working with the rapper, though the pair are keen to keep their new project under wraps.
