Dougie Poynter On Ellie Goulding: "We're Friends"
Dougie Poynter has denied rumours that he's dating Ellie Goulding.
The McBusted bassist was spotted leaving a London Fashion Week party with Ellie earlier this week - fuelling speculation that they are an item.
Poynter and the Burn songstress were also seen attending a NBA game together in January, where they awkwardly tried to dodge the Kiss Cam at the event.
During an interview on The Jonathan Ross Show, Dougie was quizzed about his relationship with Goulding and insisted: "We're friends."
Dougie, along with the rest of McBusted, also said their collaborative name is "the worst band name ever", while also revealing they are working on new music.
Matt Willis stated: "We always said that we weren't going to say we were going to bring out music, because we didn't want to say we were going to make music and it be terrible.
"But we went away, we did some writing and it wasn't terrible."
Tom Fletcher added: "We've written a song called OMFG."
McBusted appear on The Jonathan Ross Show this Saturday, February 22 at 9.50pm on ITV1.
