Taking to Instagram, the Geordie queen admitted that she’s ‘shocked’ when she compares older photos of herself, and that she thought there was “no way out” of the “bad place” she was in.

Sharing a before and after photo of herself, Sophie told fans: “Wow, I do get a shock when I compare photos of myself. I got myself in such a bad place where I thought there was no way out. But there always is.”

She added that “healthy eating and changing (her) way of life” has changed her "physically and mentally,"and that she’sall about “positive vibes only.”

The stunning Geordielater posted a beaut underwear #SundaySelfie, writing: “I never ever thought I would have the confidence to pose for a lingerie selfie! It’s never too late to make a change I did it so can you. I’ve gone from a size 16 to a size 8 in the last 6 months (sic).”
