Ferne McCann has shared an image of her post-pregnancy tummy that will leave fans thinking twice about cancelling their spin class this evening.

The TOWIE star gave birth to first child Sunday in November last year and has since managed to completely overhaul her figure in the space of thirty days.

The image in question shows a side-by-side comparison of how Ferne looked at the beginning of January compared to how she looks now – and it’s fair to say her toned bod is the only gym inspiration we’ve ever needed.

She went on to describe how “amazing” she feels after undertaking the healthy-eating lifestyle, which happens to be the same regime TOWIE pail Danielle Armstrong has managed to shift twenty-one pounds on.

Sharing footage of her own transformation, Danielle wrote: “I haven't shared this pic to try and impress or create attention but to only help you ladies realise this is something I would never had posted 16 months ago.

Pointing out that she and Ferne are spreading the message for the sisterhood, she said: “I've never felt so body confident and happy in myself and now I have teamed up with @fernemccann@fernutrition to help you ladies feel body confident this summer."
