Justin Bieber has celebrated leaving his teenage years behind him by blowing out the candles on a custom-iced cake.

The controversial young pop star, who reached 20 yesterday, has not revealed exactly what he did to celebrate - but did retweet congratulations from pals such as Carly Rae Jepsen and manager Scooter Braun.

And his business partner and pal Johnny Shahidi posted a snap of Bieber blowing out his candles with the caption: "Love you my little bro.. happy birthday."

His reported GF Chantal Jeffries posted a message saying "Joyeux anniversaire" - but deleted it shortly afterward.

However Lethal Bizzle will be unhappy to see that Biebs is still using the nickname "Bizzle" - despite the British grime star previously urging him to "leave it yeah".
