WHO RUNS THE ACCOUNT?

Three of us girls run the account: Vivian, Anne, and Estefany.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A FAN OF JUSTIN BIEBER?

All three of us have been fans for over 7 years now. @JustinCrew was created in 2009.

WHY ARE YOU A FAN OF JUSTIN BIEBER?

Justin is such a talented guy who has so much love for music; it translates into everything he does whether it be in his songwriting or his performances. Being fans since the beginning of his career, we always saw the potential in him and have supported him through the ups and downs. He works really hard and you can see that he always wants to be the best he can be.

Besides being talented, he has such a unique and genuine relationship with the fans, something that can be attributed to his humble beginnings on YouTube and social media. He does a lot of charity work, grants Make-A-Wish wishes almost every show, and always goes above and beyond to make a personal connection with fans at shows and in person. He has grown tremendously as an artist and person over the years and his music reflects that.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU DEVOTE TO RUNNING THE ACCOUNT?

It kind of depends on what's going on week to week with Justin and with our own personal schedules. We’re the most active during tour, music releases, and award shows but we try to stay on top of replying to questions and update on various events. Our page is by fans and for fans so we try to incorporate interactive projects and contests whenever we can.

HAS JUSTIN BIEBER EVER NOTICED THE ACCOUNT? RETWEETED? LIKED? IF SO, WHEN?

We've gotten a few tweets/DMs over the years as well as likes and retweets; the highest volume and frequency of those were in 2014/2015 if we remember correctly; they come and go.

HOW DID THAT MAKE YOU FEEL?

It’s always an exciting thing, not something you ever get used to. We don't run our page with the aim of being noticed so it's always a pleasant surprise if it does happen. Justin has been very good to us over the years and we really appreciate him for it.

HAVE YOU EVER MET JUSTIN BIEBER?

Yes. He is very sweet, friendly, and soft spoken in person. There is a lot of unnecessary drama surrounding this topic so we just want to make the point to say that respect is 100% a two-way street. He is a human being and if you treat him like so, he will do the same!

HAVE YOU SEEN HIM PERFORM LIVE? IF SO, HOW MANY TIMES?

We have been lucky enough to see him on all three of his tours over the years; My World, Believe, and Purpose as well as at a few smaller shows/events here and there.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE JUSTIN BIEBER SONG AND WHY?

I think we each have our own personal favorite songs for different moods and occasions. A few standouts throughout the years are 'Stuck in the Moment' ('My World 2.0'), 'Thought of You' ('Believe'), 'Swap It Out' ('Journals'), and 'Purpose'. As good and popular as the radio singles are, a lot of his songs are so underrated! Ever heard his collaborations with Chance the Rapper?

WHAT MAKES JUSTIN BIEBER DIFFERENT TO OTHER MALE SOLO ARTISTS?

His talent combined with his passion for music, versatility, and charisma. It’s hard to transition from a “teen sensation” to a seasoned pro like he has, but he’s done it in a way that is both true to who he is, demonstrates artistic growth, and keeps people’s attention. He has that rare ability to get people talking no matter what he does. If you look at his album credits, he’s highly involved in both songwriting and producing, and plays multiple instruments.

ARE THERE OTHER JUSTIN BIEBER FAN ACCOUNTS YOU FOLLOW AND RECOMMEND?

Our friends over at @yourbiebernews. They are always updating their Twitter and Tumblr pages with the latest pictures, videos, news, headlines, etc. and do such an awesome job! The best part of being part of the fan base is how many people we’ve met and become friends with over the years.
