'Watch 13 Reasons Why stars Katherine Langford and Dylan Minnette reveal why they love eachother...'

Earlier this year it was announced that DC's Batgirl would be taking to the big screen in her very own movie, however details on who will take on the badass female role have remained much like the flying mammals themselves,in the dark.

Until now that is.The supposed shortlist for the role wassubject to a classic Reddit leak and if it'sto be believed itlooks like Katherine Langford, Elle Fanning, and Emma Roberts are all in the running for the role.

A user that goes by the name of 'DCEUThrowaway89' leaked the deets and claimed: "a friend of mine was recently contacted by WB to work on concept art for the upcomingBatgirlfilm."

The user alleges that Warner Bros. want to make an announcementconfirming who will be taking on the role at theSan Diego Comic Con, which means you could only be waiting until the end of this month to find out for sure.

The list may not even be the real deal butit's difficult to bat an eyelid at it's significantlackofdiversity, giventhat besidesIndian actress Naomi Scott, and Bella Thorne, who hasLatina Heritage all the actresses arewhite.

It's worth noting that the list hasn't been confirmed by the films director Joss Whedon, or anyone else affiliated with the production for that matter so it seems fans will just have to sit tight until an official announcement is made.
