Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison has confessed to MTV UK she's hoping for a new romance in brand new reality series Ex On The Beach, coming soon to MTV.

Speaking exclusively to MTV about the show, which will see eight singles jet off on a paradise beach holiday - until their exes start showing up, the brunette reality star said: "I've spent years going out with people who are good looking but don't really have much substance.”

“I was hoping to be swept off me feet by a real man, or some who just excited or interested us more than just about the way they looked."

But the Geordie lass was in for a shock when exes started arriving to ruin the group's dream holiday, saying: "We'd been a bit naïve thinking we were just coming out to this gorgeous, luxury villa to just meet loads of good looking people are enjoy ourselves. There was always going to be a twist.”

Following her turbulent on/off romance and messy breakup with ex-boyfriend and former Geordie Shore star, Ricci Guarnaccio, Vicky proved there’s no better way of getting over somebody than getting under somebody, and got back on the saddle with super sexy Dan Conn in Australia. She has since slimmed down and toned up, and been linked to a string of hot men.

Speaking of her time in Ex, Vicky revealed "When one of me exes came out of the water I was over the moon, I never expected to see them again.”

“It was the polar opposite when another ex walked out of the water if I'm honest.I felt like holding him straight back under the water and pushing him in again!"
