As you already know, our ultimate Geordie Shore lad Gaz Beadle is swapping kebabs for puréed peas and mortal nights out for nappy-changing evenings in as he gets set to welcome a baby boy with girlfriend Emma McVey.

And of course, we are proper BUZZIN’ for the pair!

Getting ready to take on his new challenge, our lad spoke exclusively to MTV about all things parenthood, from his biggest hopes for his mini-me to which part of being a dad he’s most excited about.

Sharing the thing he’s most looking forward to about becoming a dad, Gaz told MTV: “Everything he experiences for the first time I will be doing... His first pint when he’s 18. Or his first football game. I just can’t wait to crack that whole list.”

Having proved himself to be a reet wise owl in his role as the dad of the Geordie house, Gaz also revealed the life lessons he’ll be teaching his son: “You never know what’s around the corner.

“Life can change like that! Get an instinct and go with it. Be your own person and don’t be a little sheep.”

Mint advice, lad.

Gaz went on to explain the biggest hopes he has for his son, telling MTV: “(My) biggest hope is that he’s healthy. I just want the baby to be healthy and good and fun. And he never watches Geordie Shore.”

Howay, lad - but you have had some reet belta moments in your Toon house!

We absolutely KNOW that Gaz will be an incredible dad - even if the lad himself might be feeling some nerves: “I won’t feel nervous, I won’t even feel scared until I’ve got that baby in my arms, then I will sh*t myself. Your life is just not about you anymore, and I think that’s scary. Your responsibility is for this little human being.”
