Here’s Everything The Original Cast Of Geordie Shore Have Achieved Since They Started On The Show Five Years Ago

They might have made a name for themselves by getting mortal and tashin’ on all over the Toon, but there’s no denying that the cast of Geordie Shore are a pretty business savvy bunch.

Yep, from million-pound businesses to bestselling books and DVDs, the Geordies have capitalised on the success of the hit MTV show and have all become mint entrepreneurs in their own right.

Here’s everything the cast have achieved since starting off in that townhouse in Newcastle five years ago…

Vicky Pattison

She might have left the show after series nine but our Vicks, 28, hasn’t turned her back on telly for good.

Aside from landing her own MTV show, Judge Geordie, Vicky recently confirmed that she’s now a permanent weekly presenter on ITV panel show, Loose Women. YASSS!The Geordie lass will be voicing her opinions every Wednesday lunchtime after wowing bosses by being a ‘natural fit for the show.’

Vicky’s spot on Loose Women comes a few months after she was named Queen of the Jungle in ITV show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, beating the likes of TOWIE star Ferne McCann and musician George Shelley in the final.

Away from the bright lights of ITV, Vicky is also a business partner in her supplement range Mini V, which has become a seven-figure asset company in just 18 months. Wowzers.

She also had a number one bestseller with her autobiography Nothing But The Truth as well as penning a host of successful novels including All That Glitters and A Christmas Kiss. Her fashion, fitness and lifestyle book The Real Me is set forrelease later this month. No doubt it will top the charts!

Vicky is used to sitting comfortably at the top as her fitness DVD Vicky’s 7 Day Slim hit the number one spot and continues to sell thousands of copies each week.

The outspoken Geordie also has a successful clothing collection with e-tailer Honeyz, she’s the face (and body) of Ann Summers swimwear and is rumoured to be the new face of Fake Bake self-tan in a £100k deal.

But Vicky’s being wise with her moolah, saying recently: “I have just about hit the seven-figure mark for the first time. But I’m being wise with my money. I’ve been very well advised and I’m turning myself into a bit of a property tycoon.

“I recently bought a house in Newcastle and I’ve just had an offer accepted on a property in Essex, so I’m very happy.”

She’s come a long way since arriving in the house in that sparkly black mini-dress! #NeverForget

Charlotte Crosby

Char has become the poster girl for blitzing the flab after her DVD Charlotte's 3 Minute Belly Blitz became the fastest selling fitness DVD of ALL TIME!

Erm, that’s seriously amazing, lass!

In fact, 3 Minute Belly Blitz was out-selling Hollywood blockbusters including Frozen and Star Wars when it was released and Amazon sold out of it within three days.

Shifting 450,000 copies since its release, it’s now one of the top three biggest selling DVDs of all time and is on course to hit the half a million mark by the end of the year.

The release of Char’s second fitness DVD Charlotte's 3 Minute Bum Blitz has now established her as a bone fide fitness star, while her recipe book Eat Fast Lose Weight topped Amazon’s pre-order charts earlier this year.

Clearly a literary genius of some kind, Charlotte’s autobiography Me Me Me spent five weeks at number one in the Sunday Times Bestseller list and 12 weeks in the top five when it was released last year.

The Sunderland beauty also has a successful fashion range, Nostalgia for In The Style, which recently branded into swimwear.

Not to mention the fact that she won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013 which then led to her getting her own TLC show, The Charlotte Crosby Experience.

Why aye pet!

Holly Hagan

The Middleborough-born beauty has found huge success with her diet and exercise books, Holly's Body Bible. The 2016 edition has shifted more than 200,000 copies and has helped thousands of women around the world lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.

Holly also has a new clothing range with Want That Trend - which was launched in April - following a clothing line with La Sula.

But let’s not forget that following an audition for Britain’s Got Talent as a youngster (yes, really), Holly released a cover of the single Milkshake by Kelis, which has had more than one million views on YouTube.

Hols has also released an autobiography, Not Quite A Geordie, jokingly titled after the fact she was cast in the show despite not coming from Newcastle.

Sophie Kasaei

She left the show after series seven but hasn’t turned her back on the Geordie spotlight.

Sophie is co-founder and director of Geordie Tours with Anna Parkin (as in Anna The Boss), which they have been steadily building into a real money-maker.

The South Shields lass also founded the Off The Rails boutique, which sadly had to close *sob* but putting it together was a massive achievement for the reality star.

More importantly though… she’s still with Joel! The couple, who met when he was working at MTV five years ago, recently enjoyed a sun-soaked trip to Greece and looked happier than ever.Aww…

Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle

The last remaining original lad, Gaz was the first cast member to rack up a million squid. Pretty impressive for a bloke who’s most known for founding the Buck Squad with Scotty T.

Investing his money wisely (with a little guidance from his granddad, Raymond), Gaz opened Pure Beach Club in Zante and has also launched VIDAR Nutrition.

He’s invested the rest of his money and donated it to family members, including paying for his sister’s maternity leave so she could bond with her newborn.

But who can forget his bestselling autobiography Gaz (And My Parnsip)?

Jay Gardner

Leaving after series three to be with his girlfriend (who he’s not with anymore, sadly), Jay down went a similar route to Gaz and went into the business of getting mortal, basically.

He opened a bar called Attico/Verve in Sunderland with co-star Ricci Guarnaccio, which unfortunately closed seven weeks later :(

Jay started a club night called Pizazz, trained in MMA (maybe he’ll give Aaron some tips) and worked on an anti-bullying campaign in Australia.

He also launched his own range of fake tanning products, aptly called Jay Tan, which he'll be re-launching this summer with a new design. Oi oi.

But it looks like this Geordie lad fancies himself as the next George Clooney as he's looking at acting courses up and down the country to master his skills. Good luck lad!

James Tindale

James left after series 10 to focus on his relationship with girlfriend Kate Thorne (who he IS still with, yay - we love a Geordie happy ending).

He’s capitalised on his health and fitness background and has since qualified as a personal trainer and founded the online personal training service, BodySculptVT.

James is also an ambassador for protein range Muscle Mix and the founder of God's Gift clothing. Modest are we, Jimmy T?

Greg Lake

Remember him? Shy Greg left the show after filming the series one spin-off show, Maguluf Madness. Clearly it was a little too mad for him.

He’s since starred in Celebrity Salon and is involved in Newcastle Football Club but he’s most known for being Hollyoaks beauty Jennifer Metcalfe’s boyfriend.

He’s pulled a proper worldie!
