There are currently no plans for a solo Wonder Woman movie, movie studio Warner Brothers has stated.

It has just been revealed that Man Of Steel director Zack Snyder is to helm a Justice League ensemble movie after Batman Vs Superman - but fans of Wonder Woman should not hold their breath for a spin-off movie.

Asked about the possibility by the Wall Street Journal, studio exec Sue Kroll would only say that it "could be viable" - but admitted there are currently no plans for a standalone WW film.

However the studio has confirmed that it is developing movies based on DC Comics' Shazam, Metal Men, Fables and 100 Bullets properties.

The sequel to Man Of Steel is slated for release in 2016 and the Justice League movie will apparently shoot back-to-back with it.

A 2017 release is reportedly being targeted by WB.
