Little Mixhave unveiled their official Sport Relief single.

Last week, the X Factor girlband [uuid=35e9ba6f-d0d0-4fc0-b9d3-183ca20dce61]confirmed they would be releasing[/uuid] a cover of Cameo's 1986 hit Word Up to raise funds for the charity.

Member Perrie Edwards said at the time: "We’ve all seen people push themselves and do incredible things for Sport Relief so it’s a dream come true to be releasing the official single this year.

"We can’t wait for you all to hear it.”

And, this morning (January 21), Perrie's wish came true after the track got its first play on Nick Grimshaw's BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show.

Little Mix's version of Word Up is due for release on March 16, with Sport Relief taking place between March 21 and March 23.
