Harry Styles has tamed his flowing locks with a braid and man bun.

The One Direction heartthrob debuted his new look on Saturday (October 4), with hair stylist Lou Teasdale showing off her handy work on Instagram.

Harry's latest style comes after weeks of trying to keep his mane under control, from hiding it under a trilby to wearing a bandana.

The star recently told Very magazine that his hair was his least favourite feature, explaining: "Probably my hair. It’s hard because it’s kind of my favourite and my least favourite.

"I really like it, but sometimes it gets in the way, especially when I’m running."

Styles also took to Twitter over the weekend to thank fans following their last Where We Are tour gig, writing: "Miami, thank you so much for the best end to a tour we could have asked for. Thanks for having us, All the love .x
