Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has shown off the result of her recent boob jobto go with her brand new bod, after losing a whopping 3st in a few months.

The reality star took to Instagram to unveil her new and improved assets, going from a 32B to a 32D, after revealing she didn't want to go too big.

She told Heat: "I've worked really hard to get a smaller frame. I was so petrified of getting these great big balloon knockers and clothes swamping me again, so I went back to the surgeon twice to say 'I don't want huge boobs'."

Kim Kardashian's boobs were her source of inspiration, after the 26-year-old previously admitted that her knockerslooked like those of "a 90-year-old bird" after she dropped five dress sizes.

Vicky has recently been partying it up in Ibizia with her boyfriend James Morgan, and even bumped fellow reality TV starVas J Morgan, admitting she totally 'fangirled' over meeting him!
