Gary Beadle and his girlfriend Emma McVey are just weeks away from becoming first time parents.

And it looks like they are getting ready to have a very intimate Christmas together.

The couple will be celebrating together for the last time as a duo before their little bundle of joy arrives in four weeks time.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, Gaz made it clear that he’s excited about becoming a dad - and for the upcoming festive season.

The Geordie Shore hunk was finishing off decorations to his Christmas tree as he posed for a photo.

"Last Xmas before mini me is here... proud of my tree,” he wrote as he plopped a star on top of a huge white tree at his home.

Fans were touched by the candid moment, with many taking to his Instagram comments section to express joy about his impending fatherhood.

"Awwwww man@gazgshorewait til next year when you get to watch your baby see Christmas lights for the first time! The face they make is magic!” one fan gushed.

While another fan offered something of a word of caution, writing: "ya I'd definitely enjoy the time ye have left your house will never look the same again."
