Getting To The Ricoh Arena
By Public Transport
Bus Services
Number 8 Bus from Coventry Train Station to Coventry Transport Museum.
Number 4 or Number 5 from Coventry Transport Museum to Arena Park (Tesco).
(Once you arrive at Arena Park there is an underpass which takes you into Car Park B of the Ricoh Arena. Follow signs for the Ricoh Arena from here).
Services 4 & 5 stop at the subway by the Ricoh Arena Services 20, 20A & 20E stop close by on Foleshill Road

Please Note – The last train leaving Coventry Railway Station to London Euston is 23:21. The last train leaving Coventry Railway Station to Birmingham New Street is 23:58.
Shuttle buses are running from Coventry Train Station costing £5 return.Buses departing frequently between:13.30pm start and 1.30am stop.

By Car
DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH
Take the M1 southbound, leave the M1 at junction 21, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M69 (signposted Coventry, Birmingham)
Leave the M69 branching left (signposted Birmingham M6, Coventry North and Central A4600).
Keep in right-hand lane then continue forward (signposted Birmingham) joining the M6 at junction 2.
Leave the M6 at junction 3, then take 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry)
At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rowleys Green Lane.
At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Judds Lane. Arrive at Ricoh Arena.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH-WEST
Take the M6 southbound.
Leave the M6 at junction 3 (signposted Coventry North) then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry).
At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rowleys Green Lane.
At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Judds Lane. Arrive at Ricoh Arena.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH
Take the M40 northbound.
Leave the M40 at junction 15, then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Warwick Bypass - A46 (signposted Coventry).
Continue forward to join the A444, take left hand lane (signposted City Centre) onto London Road - A4114.
Continue forward on London Road - until you reach the Ring Road.
Stay in right-hand lane and take 2nd exit onto the Ring Road.
Leave the Ring Road at junction 3 - at roundabout take 2nd exit onto Sky Blue Way.
At next roundabout, take 1st exit onto A444, signposted Nuneaton.
Continue forward on A444, straight on at roundabouts until you see the Ricoh Arena.
At the last roundabout adjacent to the Ricoh Arena on you right-hand side, take 3rd exit onto Rowleys Green Lane.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH-EAST
Take the M1 northbound.
Taking the left hand lane, join the M6 motorway (sign posted M6 The North West, Coventry North, Birmingham)
Leave the M6 at junction 3, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Phoenix Way - A444 (signposted Coventry)
At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rowleys Green Lane.
At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Judds Lane. Arrive at Ricoh Arena.

Take the A14 westbound.
Continue forward, then join the M6 motorway (signpost- ed M6, The North West, Birmingham, Coventry)

At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rowleys Green Lane.

NO parking available in side streets
near to the Ricoh Arena. A strict residents’ parking scheme is enforced
on event days as part of the Ricoh Arena’s green travel plan. This enforcement lies within 2km of the venue.

CHRIST THE KING
Christ the King, park-and-walk site is located on Winding House Lane, which is accessible by leaving the M6 at J3 towards Coventry and going along the A444 for half a mile.
House Lane, continue for half a mile and the car park is on the right.
Our team will be on hand to direct you to a parking space.
There’s then a short 8-15 minute walk to the Arena. Sat Nav users: Winding House Lane, CV7 9HR
NB: There is a 2.2m vehicle height restriction at this car park
WAYSIDE BUSINESS PARK
Wayside Business Park, park-and-walk site is accessible from J3 of the M6.
Follow the B4113 towards Bedworth.
Take the third exit at the roundabout and Wayside Business Park is on your left.
Our team will be on hand to direct you to a parking space.

FAQs
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, our Ticket Office will be selling tickets, however we advise buying in advance to ensure you get the best available and to avoid queues.
What food and drink will be available?
We will have a number of hot and cold food outlets available, with a variety of offerings, available around the Ricoh Arena concourse. There will be a number of dedicated kiosks and bars selling soft and alcoholic drinks both on the concourseand within the stadium bowl.
My ticket hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Tickets have been posted out to the address given at time of purchase. If your tickets haven’t arrived by Wednesday 25th May, please contact our ticket office on 02476 786 411.
Are there any age restrictions for MTV Crashes Coventry?
Friday 27th May – Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Saturday 28th May – Over 16s only.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Sorry, but this is not permitted. There are plenty of food and drinks outlets within the Ricoh Arena to suit a variety of tastes.
Where can I buy merchandise?
Official MTV Crashes Coventry merchandise is available to buy from the Ricoh Arena store on Cathedral Way in Coventry City Centre. Merchandise will also be available to buy fromwithin and around the Ricoh Arena on both Friday 27thMay and Saturday 28th May.
How to I book parking?

Can I take pictures at the event?
Yes, we encourage you to share your experiences on social media. Please note, no professional cameras/videocameras will be permitted.

• Remember to come prepared for all weathers, rain coat and sunscreen!
• Small Umbrellas are permitted but cannot be used whilst the event is in progress. Strictly no golfing umbrellas are allowed inside the venue.
• Don’t forget your medication if you need to take it during the day
• Remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
• For everyone’s safety Ricoh Arena is a Zero Tolerence venue to drugs and Legal Highs
• Look after each other – agree a meeting point if you get separated from your friends
• If you have any concerns during the day speak to our stewarding team
• Our on-site medical staff are there to help you if you feel unwell.
• Challenge 25 will be in operation – Please remember ID if you are lucky enough to look younger than you are!

• Security searches are in operation, please try to only bring essential items and don’t bring large bags / holdalls etc. to reduce your queue time
