Did You Notice The Typo On Justin Bieber's Purpose World Tour T-Shirts?
The first nightof Justin Bieber's epic Purpose World Tour might have gone without a hitch, but it sounds like the guy charged with spell checkingthe merch might be in a little bit of hot water from The Biebs after attendees at the first gig noticed a pretty amazing typo on some of the merch.
Having accidentally managed to print a whole load of t-shirts with a misspelling of - you guessed it - the tour's name of'Purpose', the merch got as far as going onsale before the mistake was noticed.
The typo was actually part of a quote on the back of one of the t-shirts and reads: "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is God's purose that prevails."
Spotted it? Here's a pic of one of the t-shirts in question...
Naturally this led to a bit of chat on Twitter about the failand also gave rise to potentially the greatest hashtag of all time, which just goes to prove that Beliebers are both hilarious and extremely polite.
Quoting JB right back at him, fans used#ImSorryToInformYou to flag upthe problem and Justin's people were quick to address the issue.
Speaking to TMZ, they confirmed that they are aware of the issue and have recalled the stock featuring the spelling mistake. They don't think it's too late to say sorry either and even better, they've also offered to swap any t-shirts fans bought with the mistake on for a replacementwithout the typo.
While that seems pretty good of them, we have to say we kinda wish we had one with the typo on. We've all been there with the awkward spelling fails and there's nothing like a limited edition bit of merch, is there?
Let us know what you make of all of this with a tweet to us over @MTVStyleIntl way already. Oh go on, we love a chat.
