TroyeSivan is killing it right now. Since the start of the year, he has already returned to music with his critically acclaimed new single 'My My My!', performed on Ellen and Saturday Night Live and confirmed that Ariana Grande features on his new album.

To make things even more exciting, Troye has just announced that his new single 'Bloom' comes out this week.

YES. IT'S OFFICIAL. IN MERE DAYS A BRAND NEW TROYE SINGLE WILL BE IN ALL OF OUR LIVES.

Troye took to Twitter last night to make the announcement. The 'WILD' hitmaker tweeted "BLOOM 🌺OUT MAY 2 9PM PST" alongside a clip from what seems to be the 'Bloom' music video. Not only that but it features a short snippet of the song itself.

With an upliftingchorus lyric of 'I bloom just for you', it sounds like it could becomeTroye's biggest hit yet.

It sounds incredible. Shortly after Troye also tweeted: "going to bed tonight thinking about all of you ur love today and dreaming about how much fun all of us losing our shit to #BLOOM on tour is gonna be. can't wait for you guys to hear it this week."

And Troye recently revealed in a Popjustice interview that it's "complete pop. Like: ‘Katy Perry 'Teenage Dream'’ pop." He then added: "Lyrically I think it’s the most subversively queer song on the album. That’s kind of what makes me like it so much".

Okay. It's a bit early to say but we think that this may end up being one of the best singles of 2018.
