One Direction last night added to their growing collection of gongs, picking up two awards at the prestigious NRJ Music Awards in Cannes.

The 1D lads were on hand to pick up their awards in person, taking home the International Group of the Year and Video of the Year award for Best Song Ever.

Thanking fans and showing off his French vocabulary, Harry Styles later tweeted: "Thank you so much to @NRJhitmusiconly for having us. Thank you everyone who voted! You, me, oui."

But Harry apparently didn't stay long in the south of France - because having jetted back from Cannes, the boy band heartthrob was snapped arriving at rumoured GF Kendall Jenner's swanky London hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Other stars to emerge triumphant from the 15th annual NRJ Music Awards were Katy Perry, with International Female Artist of the Year and International Song of the Year for Roar, and Bruno Mars, who walked away with the International Male Artist of the Year gong.
