Teen sweethearts Megan Salmon-Ferrari and Dylan Siggers have faced a rocky road in their relationship throughout their Teen Mom UK journey so far, getting engaged in the first episode before later breaking things off when Megan discovered that Dylan had slept with her best friend the day before proposing.

Luckily, things are now looking up for the couple, with the two putting the past behind them and heading off on a lovely relaxing family vacay to Spain. Hurrah!

In this exclusive spoiler video from episode 4 (airing Wednesday 23rd November at 8pm - DO NOT FORGET!), Megan's dad takes on babysitting duties for adorable little Mckenzie, to give Megan and Dylan a chance to spend some much needed quality time together.

Sharing an heart-to-heart about what they've been through over the past few months, and how they didn't leave on the best terms, Dylan says that they need a 'fresh start', and comforts an emotional Megan as she gets teary.

With things looking to be back-on-track, Dylan turns to Megan and says: "I wanna prove to you that I wanna put all this behind us and that I don't like seeing you upset all the time."

Then, in a surprise move, he gets down on one knee and tells her: "So, come on, let's do this finally. I want you to marry me again."

Awww! How exciting!
