We are SO CLOSE to Troye Sivan's next album'Bloom'being released! With the 31st of August fast approaching, Troye has given us one last song to enjoy before it comes.. and oh boy is it a powerful one.

Today, Troye gave us 'Animal'as that finaltaste ofBloombefore it is whollyreleased - and italso happens to be the final track on the album, and oh. my. god.

We wont lie to you: it's an emotional one. There may be tears. Opening with his raw vocals and a soft ethereal piano, Sivan sings "I told you something safe // Something I've never said before". This is, of course, about his boyfriend andmodel Jacob Bixenman.

It's not a sad song though, instead more of a powerful, emotional confession of how intense his love is and you'll be moved to tears -but it's rays of happiness that are shining through the overwhelming feelings he's experiencing.

The second half of the song sees a beat change that is sonically very reminiscent of what Frank Ocean accomplished on his latest album'Blonde.'From the way the synth sharply rises until it's cut witha casette tape button sound effect to spark theswitch-up, to the roomy reverb on Troye's voice with his repeated lyrics "maybe that's you (maybe that's) // maybe that's you" over the distorted beat.

The track comes only two days after Troye's 5 year anniversary of coming out online, as he was reminded by copious#thankyouTroye tweets from fans. The singer, songwriter, actor and YouTube star took to twitter to thank his fans for all their support in return!
