In the midst of all the real online feuds going on today, Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran are providing us with some light relief withtheir hilarious Twitter bants.

In response to Nicki Minaj's series of tweetsabout the Video Music Awards nominations, to which Taylor Swift responsded to(#awks),Bruno felt a little bit left out and tweeted about wanting in on the action.

His target for this faux social media war was the one and only Ed Sheeran, who responded in the best way possible.

The back and forth continued with the Uptown Funk singer giving apuntastic response.

Whilst Ed had the BEST comeback in the form of a rap. Only the Ginger ninja himself could rhyme 'Cleudo' and 'SuBo'...

Obviously the internet is intotal meltdown about this with fans even creating WWE-style posters - one of which Bruno retweeted with the caption "SHOW YOURSELF!!! @edsheeran"
