MTV Movie Awards 2004 is a couple of months away, but the nominees are in right now.
Leading the pack is 'Pirates Of The Caribbean " The Curse Of The Black Pearl' with six nominations including Best Movie, Best Male Performance (Johnny Depp and Breakthrough Female.
Joint second in the nominee pecking order are 50 First Dates and X2: X-Men United with four nods apiece.
Joining 'Pirates Of The Caribbean', '50 First Dates' and 'X2: X-Men United' in the coveted Best Movie category are animated fish adventure 'Finding Nemo' and that little Peter Jackson film that you probably haven't heard of, 'Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King'.
The thirteenth annual MTV Movie Awards will be held at Sony Picture Studios, California on June 5.
