Lili Reinhart has only now had the honour of realising just how cute her love Cole Sprouse was when he was a child, and we don’t blame her for crying.

The Riverdale actress was watching some of Cole’s more early work recently, Big Daddy to be specific, when she shared the cutest snap of him of all time. (Although are we sure it's not Dylan?)

And of course the only way to sum up the situation was with the crying emoji, because there are no words to describe that face.

In fact the IRL Bughead relationship is just the gift that keeps on giving at the moment, as Lili shared quite the romantic snap of her rumoured boyfriend on Insta last week to celebrate his birthday.

She wrote: "It seems as if the world would still be a stranger to me, if not for you. I’m so thankful that our paths intertwined to form this beautiful adventure. Happy birthday, my love."

But don’t go thinking all this social media activity means they’re officially calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend, with Lili having previously told Harpers Bazaar: “I'm not okay talking about my relationship. I'm not going to tell you my love story. That's just not appropriate right now."

Fine, we’ll just wait patiently.
