Zara Larsson has been a little bit quiet as of late. The 'I Would Like' popstar is currently locked away in the studio hard at work on her second international album that's due for releasethis year. Nevertheless, that hasn't stopped her from breaking records.

The UK chart-topper has just become the second female artist to land three songs with over 500 million Spotify streams.

Today Zara's massive MNEK duet 'Never Forget You' has become her third single to surpass the 500 million stream mark on Spotify. In doing so, it now joins her breakthrough global hit 'Lush Life' and her amazing Clean Bandit collaboration 'Symphony'.

Not only that but now she is the second female after Rihanna to have three singles with half a billion Spotify streams.

Yes. Zara is seriously in the same hallowed company as Rihanna when it comes to ruling Spotify with flawless pop.

Zara and MNEK released 'Never Forget You' back in July 2015. Since then the hit single has gone onto sell over one million chart copies in the UK, become her first US Top 20 hit and have its music video be viewed over 361 million times on YouTube.

In other words, it's an undeniable smash and it's no surprise that it's helped Zara land anew streaming milestone.

Considering Zara's talent, we have no doubt that she has more singles with 500 million Spotify streams to come.

We reckon that there could be a few of them on her upcoming album. Fingers crossed that she releases it soon.
