Tinashe, Halsey, Lion Babe and Dej Loaf Team Up With MAC To Design New Future Forward Collection
We all love applying a bit of MAC Cosmetics every now and then - well, to those who do, here's a look at their latest campaign fronted by some familiar names on the up-and-comers list.
Tinashe, Halsey, Lion Babe's Jillian Hervey, and Dej Loafare the new, fresh faces of MAC's all-new Future Forward campaign.
They mostly hit the spotlight last year havingrisento fame on the Billboard chart.
And the four beauties havespoken to Billboard about the exciting upcoming campaign.
MAC themselves were eager to share the news on Twitter, and for good reason!
Vice Presand Group Creative Director James Gager reckons the four ladies will offer some diverse and appealing style: "to me, it’s most interesting to introduce these artists, as well as our M·A·C fans, to new people."
Tinashe was not only excited for her birthday - which is today, so happy birthday! - but seemed really hyped for the MAC collaboration...
Tinashe, played her part in divisingTimes Nine Paletteof eye shadow, and was really up for bringing her creativity into the world of beauty cosmetics:"I was really intrigued by the chance to bring my creative vision to this," the R&B artist shared. SO before embarking on her world tour for her secondalbum,Joyride, she managed to squeeze in this project. "I got to design the packaging, pick out the colors and create something that I felt like I would use."
Dej Loaf kept it nd simple, usingthe #MacFutureForward hashtag to spread the word...
But she also couldn't contain herself with bubblingexcitement, really...
Dej Loaf revealedthere's far more to her creativity than just music, especially when it comes to her rosy-nude lipglass which is out in April:"Music was just a stepping stone for me, I want to get into other things outside of music...creative things. This first step [with M·A·C]is a big first step."
Halsey showed usa glimpse of her productin action, which is named after her -how cool is that?
The edgiest addition is perhaps her gunmetal matte lipstick (which you can check out in full in her above tweet). We think it looks pretty fierce, to be honest.
And Lion Babe also took to Twitter to share the amazing news...
