Aww! We're sending massive congratulations to Teen Mom UK's Megan Salmon-Ferrari, who's announced that she's given birthto her and Dylan Siggers' second child, a beautiful baby girl!

Megan, who is already an incredible mum to son McKenzie, revealed her second pregnancy in November, telling fans: "I'm over the moon to announce I will be having another baby. The bump is due April 1st and… IT'S A GIRL!

"We already have a name picked out and we can't wait to meet her. I'm so excited for Mckenzie to have a little partner in crime."

Announcing that they have now welcomed their little girl into the world, Megan shared some totally adorable photos of her and Dylan holding their new-born on Instagram, as well as a family photo of herself, McKenzie and his new baby sister.

Sharing her exciting news, she wrote: "More than happy to announce the birth of our beautiful daughter she's absolutely perfect. Mckenzie loves her and is taking the roll as a big brother a lot better than expected! We are both doing fine (sic)."

Megan also shared a seriously cute photo of McKenzie taking on big brother duties like a total pro, writing: "Never been so proud their both loved (sic)."

Looks like McKenzie has got this big brother thing sorted!
