Just in case you thought this series of Teen Mom UK hasn't been emosh enough yet, this week's episode is sure to get at least a FEW tears as it's time for Megan Salmon-Ferrari to give birth to her and Dylan Siggers' beautiful baby daughter, Dulcie-Mae.

WATCH MEGAN AND DYLAN WELCOME THEIR LITTLE BUNDLE OF JOY IN THIS EXCLUSIVE CLIP:

In this sneak peek clip at the upcoming episode (airing Wednesday 23rd August at 8pm on MTV - do NOT miss it), Megan introduces us all to her adorable newborn for the first time, saying: "My beautiful girl is finally here. Introducing Dulcie-Mae!"

The lovely little family then share some cute photos from the hospital before the family share 'diary cam' footage of Megan holding Dulcie-Mae and telling Dylan: "She's got brown eyes (…) she's gonna sneeze."

We then see Megan's mum Sonia speaking to her daughter for the first time, congratulating her and asking: "Is (Dulcie-Mae) big? She looks big."

As Megan explains that she weighs seven pounds one ounce, Sonia tells her: "You were seven (pounds) four and a half."

Megan tells Sonia that the hospital are keeping an eye on Dulcie-Mae for a little while, explaining: "She's breathing a bit fast so they're just keeping an eye on her."

Asked how she's feeling, Megan admits that she's 'starving', saying: "I'm just in recovery now and then I can go back round and eat."

Sonia later calls daughter Billie to share the amazing news that she's 'got a little tiny baby granddaughter now," to which Billie screams in excitement.

Aww!

Back in the hospital, Megan and Dylan are enjoying time with their newborn, with the lovely mum admitting in a voiceover: "I'm so proud. I now have two beautiful children and I'm still only 18 years old. I just hope Mckenzie adjusts okay to not being the baby anymore."
