You've already met the cast and heard a little bit about how their experience of parenthood so far has lived up to their expectations, and now, it's almost time to watch our five new teen mums face the highs and lows of being a teen parent in the brand new series of Teen Mom UK.

Megan Salmon Ferrari, Mia Boardman, Naomi Konickova, Chloe Patton and Amber Butler are all ready to share their journeys with you, and in an exclusive extended preview of the very first episode, one of them has got some VERY exciting news to share - they're ENGAGED!

Yep, huge congratulations are in order for Megan Salmon Ferrari and boyfriend Dylan Siggers during the first episode, as Megan announces that Dylan has proposed to her. Aww!

Sharing the big news away from Dylan and their adorable son Mckenzie, Megan, who is keen to prove those wary of the relationship wrong, showed off her sparkling ring, saying: "So, Dylan just proposed to me, with my lovely big diamond ring!

"We were just sitting on the bed and he asked me. I was so shocked, because I thought he got me a phone for Valentine's Day. [I] didn't ever think that it would be a ring, especially one as nice as this! White gold, big diamond - square diamond as well so it's very expensive. So, [I'm] very happy at the minute, very very happy."

However, it seems things aren't going quite as smoothly with the wedding planning, with the couple disagreeing on having an engagement party and on the type of wedding they'd like, with Megan hoping for a big affair while Dylan is keen to keep it much smaller.

Discussing what they should do as Megan's mum comes to visit, the two explain what they'd like from their big day, with Megan saying: "[Dylan] wants to get married in a hot country on a beach. I want a winter wonderland theme. I don't know [why], I've seen it on Don't Tell The Bride once and it was nice!"

While Dylan would be happy to just have Mckenzie as their only wedding guest, Megan believes everyone needs to be there, saying away from discussions: "Me and Dylan can't agree on anything but I think a big wedding is exactly what we need to bring the whole family together."
