Taylor Swift has confirmed speculation that she will be unveiling track Out Of The Woods this week.

The Shake It Off singer has been busy teasing the song's release on Instagram, with it now announced that T-Swizzle will unlock Out Of The Woods on USiTunes on October 14.

It will give fans a sneak peek of what to expect from her highly anticipated album, 1989 - which is due for release on October 27. UK fans will also be able to download Out Of The Woods on the same day as her LP.

Speaking of the track, Swift said: "Out Of The Woods is one of my favourite songs on 1989. A goal of mine on this album was to set a sonic landscape and have the music sound exactly the way the emotions felt.

"This song is about the fragility of some relationships. Musically, I wanted to convey that kind of frantic feeling of wondering. This song stresses that even if the relationship is breakable and fragile, it doesn’t mean it isn’t worthwhile and beautiful and all the things we look for.”

Out Of The Woods is the second song to be revealed from Taylor's fifth studio album 1989, while current single, Shake It Off, is a global smash hit having peaked at No.1 on iTunes in 64 countries.
