Sugababes Sizzle at Greatest Hits Gig
Sugababes celebrated their upcoming greatest hits disc,'Sugababes Overloaded', with a sizzling gig in London last night (October 3).
The girls rocked up at the famous 100 Club on Oxford Street (where even the Sex Pistols have played) and treated fans to a run-through of every song on the album.
Backed by a live band they ran through stiletto-sharp classics 'Freak Like Me', 'Overloaded' and 'Too Lost In You' with the sass levels never letting up.
New tune 'Easy' is a pop classic in the making. Co-written with label mates Orson, it's a saucy slice of electro with a ravey chorus and naughty lyrics. And no, it doesn't sound anything like Orson.
The girls finished up with 'Push The Button' which got everyone bopping to its bonkers, techno beat.
Looking fab but not over-styled in skinny jeans, the girls still have the unpolished edge we love 'em for - at one point they had a giggling fit over a bottle of water they didn't know what to do with.
And we finally think its about time to stop referring to Amelle as the new girl. With her edgy, new fringe and huge hoop earrings she radiated as much street cool, dare we say it, as Mutya once did.
