Spider-Man: Homecoming only wrapped a couple of weeks ago, but leading man Tom Holland has revealed that a sequel is already in development. Welcome to Marvel Studios, Tom… THEY NEVER STOP!

“My next project I can't tell you about,” teased Holland in a recent interview, “but we've just finished Spider-Man and we're talking about the second one and who the villain is going to be and where we're going.”

We already knew that Kevin Feige had a series of sequels in mind (like they were ever going to leave it at ONE), but it seems as though things are moving quickly on this one. Then again, when you’ve waited to get your hands on a property for a long as Marvel have with Spidey, you probably don’t want to hang around…

No word as yet on who that mystery villain might be, but we’d personally love to see Venom done properly, after the botch-job that was Spider-Man 3. Hopefully there won’t be any song and dance routines this time out.
