So you’re following Hailey, Kendall and Gigi. You’ve had Cara on your friends list since day one and know Bella’s username by heart. But, beyond the social media supers, who else should you be following on Snapchat to cover all the bases this fashion month? Here’s who to add before NYFW kicks off on September 8th.

1. Soo Joo Park: soojoomoojoo

Cutie patootie Soo Joo is a regular at Chanel, also walking for younger brands like H&M Studio, Opening Ceremony and Alexander Wang. Her Snap game is so good she often takes over designers’ accounts, having previously commandeered the Jean Paul Gaultier (@jpgsnap) feed, as well as W Magazine’s (@wmagazine).

2. Malaika Firth: wangoi

Topshop Unique fave Malaika has also leant her strut Burberry, Moschino and Fendi in recent years, so you can bet she’ll have some great backstage action this season.

3. Natasha Poly: poly_natasha

Fashion month or no fashion month, Natasha Poly is always worth a follow, for her life-envy inducing snaps in exotic locations. You’ll usually find her on the runway at Versace, snapping Alexander Wang and Roberto Cavalli from the front row, and taking over L’Oreal’s Snapchat (@lorealmakeup) on the regular.

4. Edie Campbell: ediecampbell

Chanel, Burberry, Balmain, Valentino; where HASN’T Edie walked? And, the best part is, when she’s not snapping BTS at fashion month you’ll get to see plenty of her dog, Ginger. Double the reason to follow, non?

5. Joan Smalls: joan_smalls

Puerto Rican princess Joan is a fully-fledged member of the Balmain Army, not to mention a friend of Beyoncé, since starring in (and licking her in) her Yoncé video. Follow for backstage snaps with fellow models like Cindy Bruna and Riley Montana, plus fun times with the Victoria’s Secret girls and the Hadid sisters.

6. Nina Agdal: ninagdal

Sure, Nina tends to do more editorial, swimwear and lingerie work than runway, but Leonardo DiCaprio’s current squeeze will undoubtedly be at the best parties with the best people.

7. Fernanda Ly: fernda.fernda

She opened the Louis Vuitton SS16 show as a world exclusive, then the Myer show in her native Sydney in August and she’s Elle Fanning’s favourite model: Fernanda Ly is one to watch. She might be short by modelling standards, standing at 5ft 8”, but Fernanda is fierce.

8. Dilone: ohdilone

One of the most in-demand new faces at the AW16 shows, Dilone hails from New York, but will no doubt be seen walking in London, Paris and Milan, too. She’s already ticked Versace, Marc Jacobs and Fendi off her runway list, to name but a few, so where will this megababe land for SS17? Watch and see.

9. Alanna Arrington: alanna_arringto

Owner of the best curls in the biz, Alanna bagged an opening spot at Altuzarra for AW16, then went on to walk for Lanvin, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. Fire emoji, much? She also loves Harry Potter, so she’s basically your new spirit animal.

10. Mayowa Nicholas: mayowanicholas

Yes, that is Adriana Lima with new girl Mayowa, so you KNOW those snaps are going to be full of famous faces! This self-proclaimed unicorn walked at Miu Miu, Prada and Dior last season, so expect some seriously massive appearances this time around.

11. Paulina Frankowska: franiamania

She’s only 18, but Polish model Paulina had one heck of an AW16 season, walking at J.W. Anderson, Valentino, Dior and Prada. Expect snaps of her being made up in some seriously bold beauty looks, proving there’s nothing this pretty princess can’t pull off.

12. Shanina Shaik: shaninamshaik

The gorgeous Miss Shaik was last seen shaking her tail feather on Oscar de la Renta’s runway at Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week earlier this year, but has also walked for Chanel, Jason Wu, Tom Ford and Stella McCartney. Oh, and how could we forget that Ralph And Russo wedding dress she just modelled at Paris Couture Week? Quite thecasual warm-up for her own upcoming nuptials to DJ Ruckus.

13.Marjan Jonkman: marjannx

This blonde-haired, blue-eyed babe walked in no less than 60 shows last season. SIXTY. 6-0. From Jean Paul Gaultier to Kenzo, Marjan had it covered, so expect access to EVERY show via her Snapchat (if she’s not too busy to snap at all, that is).

14. Maartje Verhoef: maartjeverhoef

Maartje is another big hitter, having walked in 66 shows back in SS15, making her the most popular model that season. There’s basically nobody she HASN’T walked for, but you’re most likely to find this Dutch beauty at Valentino, Chanel and Dior.

15. Chase Hill: chase_hill

We know what you’re thinking: is Chase a dude? Why yes, yes he is, but not just any dude. He’s the model brother of Victoria’s Secret Angel Taylor Hill and, while this is womenswear month, the industry’s increasing move into gender fluid fashion means we’re hoping a few guys pop up on the runways too. Even if Chase isn’t one of them, you can bet he’ll be around to support his sis, with an epic front row view.
