Simon Cowell Increases Security After Death Threats
Simon Cowell has allegedly been forced to increase security at his mansion in The X Factor USA judge has ordered high-security gates, fencing and lighting for his £13million pad in Beverley Hills, after becoming the victim of threats from hopefuls he rejected from the talent show.
The music mogul explained to the tabloid: "People want to kill me. It’s serious and we have a lot of security now for that reason."
“My bosses told me they have been shown e-mails threatening my life. They said one man wanted to stab me."
SiCo, who claims to receive 500 hateful emails a week, added: “It sent a chill down me. But I’m used to it.”

Speaking of Cowell's death threats, a source told the newspaper: "The audition period of the show is always seen as being the most dangerous time for Simon and the judges because some people take rejection very badly indeed.”
