After months of waiting and speculation, we finally got to hear the brand new James Bond theme song.

'Writing's On The Wall' by Sam Smith was released on Spotify this morning (25 September).

However, the people of Twitter haven't reacted 'too'well to the new track, claiming that he's no Shirley Bassey.

We can't help but feel sorry for the lad, and with Shirley Bassey being one of his idols, we're pretty sure he's not claiming to be as big as the 'Diamonds Are Forever' singer, notyet anyway.

Among the tweets are people saying they're shocked that Shirley Bassey is trending despite Sam Smith being the one to have released the song. We haveto admit, it is a little bit awks.
