Rob Kardashian is allegedly being sued for robbery and assault.
According to TMZ,Kim Kardashian's younger brother has been accused of lashing out at snapperRita Ora - pinched Vaik's memory card after she took a topless snap of him.
Her lawyer told the website: "While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behaviour and his use of force towards Ms Vaik was completely unjustified."
Despite the claims, Kardashian insists that Vaik was trespassing on private property which allowed her to get the shot.
A witness has also claimed that she was waiting for Rob in a car in the garage while the 26-year old was changing out of his gym gear.
