Are you one of those people that insists on telling bands what their own songs are about? Our next Brand New For 2015 nominees won't tell you if you're right or not but they do like hearing it. We're talking about Southend five piece Nothing But Thieves.

"We try not to say too much about the lyrics," Joe revealed."One of our favourite things is for someone to say to us 'oh I think the song is about this.'It's not, but that's so nice for us to hear."

...and if there's one thing the Wake Up Call rockers want to achieve in 2015, it's hitting the festival scene:

"If we can play some big festivals that'd be the main thing," Dom said."We got the opportunity to play T In The Park last year. BBC Introducing sort of hooked us up on their stage and it was really cool and we did a few other sort of smaller festivals throughout the year butif we could get Reading and Leeds which we've been going to for years...Glastonbury's one to tick off the bucket list (too)."
