It’s a tale of double trouble as Reese Witherspoonand Ryan Phillippe’s kids aretheir very own doppelgängers.

To celebrate his 44th birthday, Ryan posted a photo of himself with kids Ava and Deacon Phillippe. It really is freaky how muchthey all look like one another.

It took multiple double takes to realise that it is actually Reese’s daughter Ava in the picture and not Reese herself.

Looking at the photo, we definitely wouldn't be able to tell Ryan and Deacon apart if it wasn’t for Ryan’s beard and the height difference either.

Even though Reese and Ryan split back in 2006, they’re still co-parenting. Following their divorce, Reese married Jim Toth in 2011, with who she also has son Tennessee James Toth.

We’re going to guess that once he’s grown up a little, we won’t be able to tell him and Jim apart either.

And this isn’t the first time the kids have been confused for their famous parentsas Elle Wo-, we mean, Reese Witherspoonsaid so herself to E! News: “We were at a premiere and they were congratulating her [Ava] on her performance.”

But Ava wittily replied to the congratulations at the time with: “I’m not in the movie,” Reese said. And we could only imaginehow awkward the atmospheregot in that very moment.
