Where To Go In The UK If You Want To Find A Committed Partner
If you’re single and looking to settle down then you might want to consider a li’l staycation this summer - because new research has revealed where in the UK you’re most likely to find a committed relationship… and where you’re not.
High street jewellers Goldsmiths commissioned a study of 2,500 people across the UK to discover this NEW AND CRUCIAL information, which tbh we could have done with before choosing a university and dedicating all that time to that sh*thead Dean.
But that’s a whole other thing.
ANYWAY - the survey found that those living in Sheffield, Glasgow and Plymouth are the most committed - with one in five stating that they are in a stable, committed relationship and own an eternity ring (oh you fancy, huh).
Leeds, Manchester, Norwich, Bristol and Birmingham also made the list of cities with high levels of commitment. Congrats.
Meanwhile Leeds, Southampton and Brighton were revealed as the least committed locations, with 65% of respondents admitting that they feel there’s a lack of commitment in their relationship.
Belfast, Newcastle, Cardiff, Liverpool and Edinburgh didn’t fare well either - with research putting them all on the ‘least likely to commit’ city list.
So yeah. Should have applied to study History at Sheffield, basically. Knew it.
