We'll be honest - we've watched every single episode of My Super Sweet 16 SO many times now, that pretty much every party has blurred into one big celebration of crazy tantrums, expensive cars and a quite frankly terrifying amount of confetti.

Which is why we're buzzin' more than a hive of bees about the show making its epic comeback after almost ten years away, with the brand new sweet 16-ers sure to bring even more insane parties to our TV screens.

To celebrate, we've taken a look back at one of the most memorable (and one of our favourite EVER) parties - and you might just recognise the birthday girl herself from a certain music video.

We are, of course, talking about Teyana Taylor and her 80s-old-school-skateboard-themed party of dreams, which we watched with envy in our eyes during season four of the show (we're talking way back in 2007 here. That's TEN. WHOLE. YEARS. AGO. Yes, we feel old).

And the music video you'll recognise her from? Yep, that would be Kanye West's 2016 'Fade' video, of course, in which Teyana puts on an insanely brilliantperformance, dancing around a steamy gym.

Back in 2007, Teyana gave MTV a peek inside her out-of-this-world party, in which she handed out her invitations (which consisted of boxes with her photo and skateboard chains in) from an ice cream truck, received a $275,000 bracelet and some VIP Nike trainers from actual Paris, and even got herself an AMAZING one-of-a-kind dress from Heatherette.

The party itself was held in a museum (the entirety of which her mum rented out, despite Teyana initially hating the idea of having her soirée there), with the party princess auditioning dancers to help with her grand entrance.

Of course, in true Sweet 16 style things hit a major hiccup when, on the big day, Teyana discovered she couldn't have the skateboard ramp in the venue like she really wanted as it would've cost $2m to insure.

Obviously not happy that her plans had gone awry, Teyana explained that this is exactly what she didn't want - AKA a 'regular Sweet 16 like everybody else'.

Luckily though, all was soon forgotten, with Teyana making her crazy entrance behind a marching band and a group of hip-hop dancers, with the party girl carried in inside a giant doll box before bursting out to perform a suitably amazing dance.

Not only that, but Pharrell Williams (who had just signed Teyana to his Star Trak label) performed to a shocked audience, before the party girl received not one, but TWO insane birthday gifts.

We're talking a $10,000 customised BMX flown in overnight from LA AND a brand new white $100K Range Rover, naturally.

So thank you, Teyana, for giving us the best party inspiration we're ever, EVER going to need.
