The biggest round up of the year’s best musical acts, #MTVStars, is here! 2016 was a year full of hit songs, amazing performances and awesome music videos from talented stars from around the globe. Now it’s time for the fans to let us know which of those stars shined the brightest.

#MTVStars is all about celebrating the year in music with the people who enjoy it most; the fans. So, once again, MTV is counting on the fans to decide which musical stars ruled 2016 by voting.

Fans will be able to vote on Twitter and Instagram using special hashtags from the November 12 through the December 13. There’s plenty of time for everyone to have their say in who’s the biggest and best.

Last year, BILLIONS of votes flooded in and One Direction was voted to the number one spot with Lady Gaga not far behind. How many votes can the fans get in this time around? Who will win?!
