Forget The Apprentice – There's A New Way To Slay In Business
You’ve probably heard of Sharmadean Reid, and you might not even know it.
A superstar of the British beauty industry, we’ve got Sharmadean to thank for being totally and utterly obsessed with incredible nail art. That’s right – she’s the woman behind cult nail brand WAH Nails, which she founded back in 2009.
Starting in Dalston, WAH expanded into shows and parties at London Fashion Week, a pop-up salon in Selfridges and a four year slot in Topshop Oxford Circus. There’s been two books on nail art and girl culture, a product line in Boots and soon to be a brand new salon appearing in Soho.
Named one of The Independent’s “15 people who will define the future of arts in Britain" and featured as part of the "New Generation" in Vogue, Sharmadean was also recently awarded an MBE for her services to the beauty industry.
So it’s fair to say Sharmadean knows exactly what it takes to make it big in business.
And now she wants to help YOU.
This October, she’s launching FutureGirlCorp – a totally free, 12-hour workshop marathon in London. And it's not just a clever name - this one's just for the girls.
FutureGirlCorp is completely dedicated to one thing, and that’s to encourage the next generation of female CEOs to think bigger, play harder and build global businesses.
The day will include the chance to learn from female CEOs, business leaders and founders from different industries, as well as in-depth workshops and seminars. There might even be a few exclusive prizes as well.
We'll be spending the day at FGC, so stay tuned for more news and exclusive info. We're SUPER excited.
Reckon you could be a part of the first ever FutureGirlCorp? It's super easy to get involved. Just click HERE to apply and submit your single-page business vision by the end of September.
