Michelle Rodriguez has proved that she's game for a laugh by taking part in the "Irish custom" of skinny-dipping to get rid of a wedding hangover.

The Fast & Furious star has posted a video clip on her Instagram account showing herself starkers as she wades into a muddy lake.

She wrote on the post: "Irish Wedding hangover cure tradition, I believe your suppose to dive in but I'm shin deep in a mud...."

Our Irish readers may be able to confirm whether such a tradition actually exists - or whether somebody was pulling M-Rod's leg.

And after posting the cheeky vid on Sunday, the 36-year-old actress escaped the British Isles' current rubbish weather by jetting off to Marbs.

But rather than hanging out with the cast of The Only Way Is Essex, she managed to hook up with a buff bunch of shirtless senors who could give her rumoured BF Zac Efron a run for his money.

Sharing a snap of herself posing with the hunks, she wrote: "Canyon Run, climb, dive, swim, love Marbella Nature is beautiful, ran into these boys in the parking lot cool bunch... Entry level canyon run would have been sweeter shrooming hehehe"

We're not sure exactly what she's on about - but at least it looks like she's having a nice time.
