BRITS 2018: Little Mix Fans Confused After 'Touch' Loses Video of the Year
Little Mix are the biggest girl group in the world right now. Since winning the X Factor in 2011, the 'Black Magic' hitmakers have sold an incredible 39 million records worldwide, fronted two of the biggest tours in UK history and released their own documentary.
So it's no surprisethat Mixerswere shocked and confused when 'Touch' didn't win Video of the Year at the BRITs.
'WATCH LITTLE MIX'S AMAZING 'TOUCH' VIDEO BELOW...'
Our favourite foursomewere up against stiff competition by the likes of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Ed Sheeran and Liam Payne but it was Harry who took home the prestigious 'Video of the Year' title with his massive debut solo music video 'Sign of the Times'.
The impressive gravity-defyingmusic video has been viewed an amazing 300 million times on YouTube.
So far so simple or maybe not? Did the BRITs make a big error with their Twitter voting system today? The Mixers seem to think so...
The award was voted for by fans on Twitter and Little Mixers the world over were left confused after the band appeared first on the leaderboard for the award throughout the night, even at the end, and yet for some reason did not take home the major award.
From the choreography to the outfits, it is one of the most memorable visuals in recent music history, so there's no doubt that it wasaward-worthy.
Obviously, we are incredibly happy for Harry and all of his fans for getting him the amazing honour. Nevertheless, we sympathise withLittle Mixers worldwide. Hopefully, the BRITs will clarify things soon!
