Lady Gaga Is Recording New Music With Justin Tranter
Rejoice, Little Monsters! Lady Gaga has reunited with a friendly face in the studio.
The one and only Justin Tranter sent longtime Gaga fans into a frenzy this morning when he shared a video of him and the singer playing around in the studio together on Instagram.
While he’s now best known for co-writing Justin Bieber’s ‘Sorry’ and every other massive pop song in the past three years, Tranter first came on the scene as the frontman of Semi Precious Weapons, the band that supportedGaga on tour for the first few years of her career.

The lovely full circle moment is surprisingly the first known time that the old friends have collaborated together, and we couldn’t be more excited.
It hasn’t even been two years since Gaga released her fifth album 'Joanne', however she has been in the studio on and off for over a year working on its follow-up.
Last April she released the absolutely gorgeous one-off single ‘The Cure’ and fans have been (im)patiently waiting for something more ever since.
Besides the excitement over new music, we’re thrilled to see that Gaga is seemingly in better health and enjoying herself again, after she had to postpone-then-cancel the Joanne World Tour due to health issues.
Most recently, Justin has co-written Janelle Monáe's‘Make Me Feel’ and Julia Michaels’ new single ‘Jump’, while we know that he is credited on Years & Years’ upcoming album 'Palo Santo'.
With rumours that Lady Gaga’s next album will be a return to her full-blown pop roots, we can’t think of anyone better suited to collaborate with!
